Every rental includes the essentials below. Choose your bar for its own special touches, then let us handle setup, service, and packing it all away.
Your bar & bartender
Your selected Bus, Mini, or Cart, one professional bartender in the starting package, and the tools and bar equipment needed for service.
Mixers, ice & the details
Standard mixers and ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, and straws. These essentials are part of the rental.
Setup & teardown
We bring the setup and handle the breakdown. Bus bookings include two hours of setup and one hour of breakdown, outside your service hours.
Your alcohol shopping list
A custom list for your guest count, menu, and service hours. You buy your own alcohol; we help take the guesswork out of quantities.
LOCAL CELEBRATIONS
Based in Naples.
Celebrating across Florida.
We primarily serve Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Events elsewhere in Florida receive a personal quote for travel, staffing and setup.
The Pink Bus includes the first 30 travel miles, then $0.99 per mile beyond the allowance. Mini and Champagne Cart travel is quoted separately. Outdoor events need a suitable weather backup; vehicle access is essential for the Bus.
